For some reason, every since I was little I've been obsessed with gangsters and the whole drug dealer culture. Why my peers were on the court I was reading F.E.D.S. Magazine lol. I don't know why, its just always kinda been my "thing". Here go a list of some of my favorite gangsters/drug dealers. Ima update it from time to time so check back frequently to see who I add...
1) Rich Porter - Probably my all time favorite drug dealer. Probably because he started so young and was so flamboyant and flashy. Him and his crew (AZ and Alpo) had a garage full of European whips, and hella cash at the age of like 16 and 17. They was "them niggas" in Harlem. Unfortunately, Alpo killed Rich (over some bullshit), and his little brother (who was kidnapped and held for ransom) was killed by The Preacher Crew. Mekhi Phifer did a good job playin Rich in "Paid In Full" (a hood classic).
2) Karlton Hines - Karlton Hines was a major ball player in New York during the mid to late 80's. He has been compared to Lebron James. He was being recruited by hella colleges but, a few months before graduation he quit due to an argument with his coach. At the age of 18, Karlton committed a self defense murder. After his release from jail, Karlton decided to go hard in the streets. People say he sat on a stoop from 7:30 a.m. in the morning till 10 p.m. at night, selling cocaine, making $10,000 a day. With help from his crew, he began netting $100,000 per day, which soon escalated to $225,000 per day as lines snaked around the corner, starting at 7:00 a.m. in the morning. Karlton wore $100,000 worth of bling on any given occasion, had a Benz and a Lexus, and never wore the same fur twice. On April 8th 1994, while getting his car customized for one of his friend's parties, Karlton was shot and killed. Although the shooter was never found, the streets are saying that it was the D.C. hitman Wayne Perry.
